I’m Mila, and I recently turned eighteen. I spent most of my life surrounded by cliffs and pine trees— I used to do rock climbing, and I still love the feeling of freedom that nature gives me. Now I’m studying to become a veterinarian because I want to understand animals as deeply as they understand the world around them. At home, I’m always greeted by my two cats: energetic Zhuzhu and calm Maggie, who both love napping on my textbooks. My dream is to make the world a little better with my own hands. Helping animals, caring for nature, and finding beauty in small things—this is how I see my future. I believe that even the smallest actions can change a lot if they come from a kind heart.
